r999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "r999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to r999.lol and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and operates the online casino and sports betting services accessible at r999.lol.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the r999 platform for any purpose, whether or not a financial transaction is involved.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the r999 platform, through which all gaming activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's r999 Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds in separate sub-wallets.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player by r999 under the terms of a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by r999, which requires Players to submit valid documentation including their Pakistani CNIC.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products and features offered by r999, including online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, promotional offers, and customer support.

By accessing the r999 platform at r999.lol, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and r999. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the r999 platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an r999 employee or officer, unless r999's written consent has been obtained;

• The funds you use on the r999 platform are not proceeds of criminal activity and you are not acting to launder money or circumvent any applicable financial regulation.

r999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by r999 may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the r999 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agree to update it promptly if it changes.

r999 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts before processing a withdrawal request exceeding a threshold determined by r999 at its discretion. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides);
• A selfie or photograph of you holding your CNIC, taken within the preceding 30 days;
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. r999 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password and Account information secure. You must notify r999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the r999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. r999 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. r999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which r999 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. r999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified Accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, though actual timing may be affected by your payment provider's processing schedules.

Anti-Money Laundering: r999 is obligated under its gaming licence to apply anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all financial transactions. r999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, r999 may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities without notifying the Player.

r999 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the r999 platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Clause.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance sub-wallet within your Account and cannot be withdrawn directly;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms;
• r999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus;
• Each bonus is intended for the Player's personal entertainment use only. Systematic bonus exploitation strategies may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the r999 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform.

Casino Games: All casino games on r999 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random. r999 publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Sports Betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. For cricket, the governing body is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. r999 reserves the right to take any of the remedial actions described in Clause 12 in response to any breach:

• Registering more than one Account on the r999 platform, whether in your own name or using any alias, fictitious identity, or third-party details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using the platform if you are currently under a self-exclusion order with r999 or any other operator;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, scraping tool, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the r999 platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or access any feature;
• Colluding with other Players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using r999 to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activity;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or loophole in r999's software or systems. Any winnings derived from a software error must be returned to r999 and will not be honoured.

All intellectual property rights in the r999 platform — including but not limited to the r999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, promotional materials, and all other content displayed on r999.lol — are owned by or licensed to r999. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property right to any Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the r999 platform for any commercial purpose.

r999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

r999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly via Account Settings:

• Interruption to or unavailability of the r999 platform due to technical maintenance, system failures, network outages, or events beyond r999's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that r999 takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit r999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by r999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

r999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending or settled winnings, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Player;
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21 or has provided false eligibility information;
• Discovery that the Player holds more than one Account on the r999 platform;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or money laundering;
• A request from the Player for self-exclusion or Account closure;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring r999 to do so.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting r999 Customer Support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances and bonus winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through r999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of r999's licensing jurisdiction.

r999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by notification to the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will be prominently announced on the r999 platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible on the r999 platform. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the r999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If a Player does not wish to accept amended Terms and Conditions, they must close their Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
